I lead Salesforce engineering at NetJets, where I serve as product owner and Agentforce strategy advisor to the business — including hands-on design of production AI agents and platform strategy for enterprise data architecture. My team has built and shipped Agentforce agents into production, and led the rollout of Salesforce Data Cloud with enterprise identity resolution.
Before NetJets, I spent 8 years at Salesforce itself as a Lead Solution Engineer for Service Cloud, and built my foundation in enterprise Salesforce transformation at Deloitte Digital and Bluewolf — leading multi-million-dollar programs and executive roadmap engagements.
I bring a combination that's increasingly rare in the Agentforce era: the pre-AI delivery discipline from 20+ years of enterprise Salesforce consulting, paired with hands-on experience building, deploying, and proving out production AI agents against the systems they replace.
